Featuring the internationally renown singers Ana Gazzola & Sonia Santos, Brasil Brazil Show delivers all the style, rhythm and flavor of Brazilian music and culture. With strong rhythmic African roots these two experienced vocalists have put together a band of top quality musicians from the North and South of Brazil, with an exciting stage show.

While performing the most well known Brazilian standards, their contemporary arrangements present all the rhythms and faces of this colorful and tropical culture. With a variety of unique, authentic percussion instruments, the audience is both entertained and educated about Brazil. The band is outfitted in bright yellow and green costumes and the production has the joyful feel of Carnaval.

The music, tinged with jazz and spiced with Latin and African drumming, creates an uplifting experience of awesome proportions.

Ana Gazzola was born in the city of Caxias do Sul in the southern-most Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Growing up in a musical family, Ana and her two sisters and brother all played guitar and sang along with her mother. Lithe, melodic and engaging, Ana Gazzola brings her native Brazil and  worldly-wise showmanship to every song her supple alto embraces.

Her solo CD's , features many of her compositions performed in a very unique style.

With her lusty, powerful voice, Sonia Santos is sure to give a performance full of passion color and over-flowing energy. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Sonia came to live in Los Angeles, already a well established and experienced performer. She recorded several albums in Brasil.
Her first solo CD in USA was called “Sorte” (Luck in english) The music, upbeat with original compositions expressing Sonia’s strong spiritual beliefs of respect, love and peace.
